We are back from the ASA convention with stories to tell and new clients to get installed. Thanks for everyone stopping by our booth and sharing your thoughts on TalentRooster. If you missed us and/or just want to hear more please give us a ring and we would be happy to schedule a webinar with your team.
Our Customers - One on One with Julie Box

How are your clients responding?   They tell us that they love the process and that we’re way ahead of our competitors. We recently had a client seeking an executive assistant for a CEO. Their HR contact was hesitant because the CEO was very traditional, but it turned out that he loved the videos. He said it was a great time saver. Another client was using a different service to find an executive assistant. He ended up holding many interviews with candidates who didn’t meet the company’s needs. The client then contacted us and filled the position after viewing four videos and conducting only two interviews.

How do you see TalentRooster shaping your recruiting and placement process?  Paper resumés are going away. This is the future. It will free up more time for decision makers to focus on their business instead of spending hours conducting interviews. We believe TalentRooster will eliminate, or at least minimize, the need for face-to-face interviews.

The TalentRooster team understands our industry. They invested the time, money and technology into developing a professional product that’s easy to use.

Technology Updates

We are constantly enhancing TalentRooster, please send us your ideas or suggestions. The following are some features that have recently been rolled out:

  • Ability for recruiters to customize their questions for their candidates whether the candidate comes in or they record themselves from home.

  • A Candidate Detail report is available on the Admin Site to show the completion percentage of your candidate profiles as well as how many times each profile has been viewed.

  • The Record at Home feature now available to all partners provides the ability for candidates that can't come into your office for a video can record themselves from home using our proprietary "Record at Home" application or they can upload their own video to the site using another source.
Recruiting Tips
  • Turn the camera on yourself and record a quick video to forward to potential candidates and clients. Sharing your video and completed profile is a great way to differentiate your firm from the competition.

  • When you have a great candidate come in and record a video you should forward it to new clients, there is not a better way to get more business for your firm.
Success Story

We recently had a client that had an opening they couldn't fill. They put the position on Craigslist and a candidate 500 miles outside of their service area responded. They had the candidate record from home and sent it over to the client!!
